In order to use the DevoteeSaathi.com Site ("Site"), you must register as a member of the Site ("Member") and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership. This Agreement may be modified by DevoteeSaathi.com from time to time, effective upon notice to you as a Member.

1. Eligibility

To register as a member of DevoteeSaathi.com or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

2. Term

You may terminate your membership at any time by writing to DevoteeSaathi.com. DevoteeSaathi.com may terminate your access or membership for any reason upon notice sent to your registered e-mail address.

Even after termination, certain provisions including sections 4, 5, 7, and 9–14 shall remain in effect.

3. Non-Commercial Use by Members

The DevoteeSaathi.com Site is for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes. Organizations, companies, or businesses may not become members.

Unauthorized use including framing, linking, or commercial exploitation will be investigated and may result in legal action.

4. Other Terms of Use by Members

Multiple profiles of the same individual are not permitted. DevoteeSaathi.com reserves the right to deactivate such profiles.

Members may not advertise, solicit, send spam, chain letters, or engage in harassment. Automated tools or scripts are strictly prohibited.

5. Proprietary Rights

DevoteeSaathi.com owns all proprietary rights in the Site and Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content without prior written permission.

6. Content Posted on the Site

You are solely responsible for the content you post. DevoteeSaathi.com reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed offensive or illegal.

By posting content publicly, you grant DevoteeSaathi.com a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content.

Use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

DevoteeSaathi.com is not responsible for inaccurate content, technical failures, or user conduct. The Site and Service are provided "AS IS" without warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

DevoteeSaathi.com shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member for the Service.

12. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Delhi, India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi courts.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DevoteeSaathi.com against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

14. Other

By becoming a Member, you consent to receive service-related emails. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DevoteeSaathi.com.
